Vita

Mauritz Kutscha studied law in Saarbrücken and Bielefeld. After successfully completing his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Bielefeld, including stations at the Chamber of Commerce of the Regional Court of Bielefeld and a law firm specializing in public commercial law in Münster, he was admitted to the bar in Berlin in 2023. In Berlin he worked as a lawyer, particularly in the areas of labor law and legal tech, for a national law firm.

Since 2024, Mr. Kutscha has been part of the team of consultants at our law firm and advises you primarily in matters of procedural law, employment law and general civil law.
